1. Run below commands via SSH by login as "root"

cd /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi
wget -N http://files.betaservant.com/files/free/fantastico_whm_admin.tgz
tar -xzpf fantastico_whm_admin.tgz
rm -rf fantastico_whm_admin.tgz

2. You will see an option of "Fantastico" inside plugin section of WHM. Install it from there.
3. Setup auto-update and select themes those you wish to use with Fantastico.

Note: You need to contact your hosting provider if you find any error message related to license.
