I would like to know the difference between Virtuozzo and Hyper-V.

One basic difference:

With Virtuozzo you can create both Linux VPS and iWndows VPS. In Hyper-V you can create only Windows VPS.

Hyper V uses hardware level virtualization technique while Virtuozzo uses OS level virtualization technique.
